Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for select areas and orders placed before the cutoff time. Additional fees apply.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from JayceePH are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Proof of purchase must be provided
Certain items (opened software, custom products) may not be eligible for return

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
